Our Process
Description – Understanding the initial situation: business context, stakeholders, existing assumptions, target vision. From this understanding, we derive the questions that guide the subsequent phases. Specifically, existing assumptions about user needs are made explicit and formulated to be verifiable. The goal: first ensure that the right problem is being addressed: Designing the Right Thing.
Output – Project framing, hypotheses, clear research questions.
Description – Splore goes where the work takes place. Observation of professionals in real working conditions, interviews with users, understanding of workflows and the bottlenecks that actually occur in everyday life. In regulated industries, this means: shadowing in clinics, on production lines, in laboratories — not from a distance, but on-site.
Output – Validated insights, personas, application scenarios.
Description – Concepts are made testable through prototypes before investing in development. Interaction concepts, information architectures, and UI designs are developed iteratively and tested with the users who will later use them in their daily work. The goal is validation, not presentation: Every design decision is tested against real tasks. Good design here means not only error-free operation but also enjoyment in use: that working with the product in everyday life becomes noticeably easier and better.
