The company develops technologies that help physicians diagnose diseases more precisely, treat them more effectively, and sustainably improve patient care.
Initial Situation
For the development of a new, cross-system product generation, Siemens Healthineers required a clear UX vision. The aim was to understand the key customer needs and derive from them a consistent user experience for a diagnostic and therapeutic solution.
